Mission Statement
Established in 1919 as Welch & Cooper, the firm’s name has changed throughout the years to its present name of Hortman Harlow Bassi Robinson & McDaniel, PLLC.
Hortman Harlow has five members and one senior attorney. In addition to six attorneys, the firm has an excellent support staff consisting of an office manager, paralegals, secretaries, receptionists, part-time office assistants, and summer law clerks.
Diversity in areas of concentration enables the firm to offer a wide range of legal services. Firm members are active in professional association activities, and the firm has the distinction of having had a member serve in an official capacity on either the local or state level for the past 50 years.
All lawyers actively participate in the State Bar Pro Bono Project. Firm members serve as lecturers in continuing legal education programs. The firm is active in civic and community affairs with every member and associate serving as an officer or board member for a variety of organizations.
