Firm lawyers working in the environmental area represents clients in the timber products industry in some of the original superfund litigation and remediation in Mississippi. Additionally, the firm has gained national recognition as lead counsel for major oil and gas companies since the beginning of litigation involving Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) and other oil field waste materials.
